Studio Policies To provide every guest with a seamless, relaxing experience, the following policies are in place. By booking an appointment with Bend Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Appointment confirmations are sent 72 hours in advance, with reminder notifications delivered 24 hours before your appointment via email and text. No-show appointments or appointments canceled after the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the reserved service. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a booking fee for future appointments. Reservations & Card on File A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment and will be securely stored on file. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies outlined above. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays. If you’re running late, please send me a quick text as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your appointment; however, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled guests. Studio Environment Bend Esthetics is a private, one-on-one studio located on my family’s property, designed to provide a peaceful, personalized experience. To maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, appointments are reserved exclusively for scheduled clients. Unless previously approved, please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and remain within the designated parking and studio areas. Please note that there is not a restroom available for client use. Most appointments last approximately 1–1.5 hours, so please plan accordingly before arriving. If you have any trouble finding the studio, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m always happy to help.
